| Please read my story. It could be very inspiring. My mom was on drugs all my life and I was beginning to follow in her footsteps. I was in the fifth grade when I had my first boyfriend. We were too young to know what we were supposed to do. I wondered what you are supposed to do with a boyfriend until April 23, 2002 when I had found the answer. Now, I am 16 and know that there is no right thing to do in a relationship, but to love the person with all you have. I began going to Bath Road Church of Christ in November 2001. Before I ever went to church, I did drugs, drank and worst of all, thought about having sex at the age of 13!!! That’s so dumb of me. I was baptized on Dec. 2 of 2001. I continued going to church and found that sex is something special. I always said I was going to marry a virgin. Your probably wondering what happened on April 23, 2002. Well that’s when the greatest guy in the world asked me out. His name is Daniel, He's 2 yrs older than me but he is a Christian and in the 8 months that we have been going out, has not even talked about sex. I found out before it was too late that not all guys are jerks and there really is a God who will watch over you and guys out there who will help you, not harm you. My parents are Christians and I really found that it helps to talk to people who you can trust, who have never gotten you in any kind of trouble. Thanks for finishing my story. I hope it has helped you. It does me every time I think about it. |
