| I was at work one day and noticed a guy who had just walked in. He was new and I hadn't seen him before. Our city is very small so everyone knows everyone. He looked kinda sulky because he had an angry look on his face. I got the oppurtunity to assist him with some information and tried to chat just to see if I could find out who he was. I was unsuccessful at this venture but something kept me very curious about him. Well, he came back a few days later and when he walked in the door I thought to myself "Could this be the one God has sent for me?" About two weeks later I got a call from a friend of mine asking me to meet him at his house - he had something important to tell me. Not knowing what was going on, I left home (quite shabby I might add) and pulled up to my friend's house. As soon as he saw me he said, "I have something for u" then out popped the mysterious stranger who then introduced himself. I was shocked so much that I screamed all the way home. We started talking and I later found out that he wasn't sulky at all, in fact, he turned out to be a practical jokester and and very nice guy (he's just kinda shy). He really must have been sent from above because he and I are now planning to get married. |
