| A teddy bear told her |

It was friday september 2001. I was very excited for it was my 1st trip to the coast.She(precious lekalakla) had told me she would come and see me before i left for durban.I sat there waiting for her to arrive, the time for her arrival had suddenly arrived and she was no where to be seen.I was getting worried because it was getting late and i had to go. So i decided to write her a letter saying that i was dissapointed on her for not coming. I also said that i was not angry with her anyway as her not pitching could have been for something serious. At the end i told her how much i loved her, immediately after finishing that, i saw her passing outside through the window.I was very excited to see her. She had bought me a card, a chocolate and a small soft lion.she accompanied me to the taxis. I was gone for a week. I could'nt buy her anything in durban so i decided to buy her something at home. I bought her a teddy bear.My friend(Frans) & i realised that it was battery operated so we bought batteries & put them in, but we could'nt switch it on.So i went to see her and my friend brought the teddy bear while i was talking to her & i took it out & tried to give it to her. She said no! she said that i did so much 4 her & that no one has ever loved her the way that i did. Then she asked me,"why ur doin all this 4 me"& she unintentionally touched the teddy bear & it said to her " i love u, i love, i love you" she cried kissed & hugged me. It was the most fantastic thing i have seen to date.
A year later we had a beautiful baby boy called Nigel. |
