Just Another Girl
by Lilly Anders
I slowly slip my book into my locker,
Knowing he will soon walk out of his last class.
When he does, he glances at me
And I return the look.

I get distracted as I stare deep down into those adorable brown eyes;
He’s probably just glaring at me because he heard my locker slam shut
As I leaned against it
And watched him.

As his eyes break free from mine and he walks away,
Sparks fly inside of me and I am about to burst with happiness!

I would give him my whole world,
But he probably thinks of me as
Just another girl…
