BREATH
by SARA BETH
There are no words that justify my breath,
I am exhausted trying to explain it to myself.
Forgive me if I stare into your eyes,
as if it were our last moment in time
Persecute me if I linger long as we embrace,
Memorizing every feature of your beautiful face
Shiny gold and scarlett red are now the vivid colors of my life,
Yesterday it was merely black and white
Your words much like Jack's Magic Beans,
A simple seed planted growing like a miracle weed.
