I didn’t think that for a second I would be missing you so much
I didn’t think that you would have had the effect on me like you do
I didn’t think that anyone could ever make me love again
I didn’t think that we would reach this place
I didn’t think you I would let you in
I didn’t think that anyone wanted to get to know me much less wanted me
I didn’t think that I could love again
I didn’t think that anyone cared at all
I didn’t think that through all those hurt therefore be light at the end of the tunnel
I didn’t think God would grant me this gift of having you in my life
I didn’t think I could love again
I didn’t think all those lonely days and nights would pay off
I didn’t think I would ever say these words so soon
I didn’t think that I would love you straight to the moon
Therefore I am happy that I finally love again.
