You never taught me
by Synna
You didn't teach me how to talk, you didn't teach me how to walk. You didn't teach me what to eat, you didn't teach me how to keep my room neat! You never taught me how to fish, or when i saw a shooting star how to make a wish. You didn't teach me how to trust, or the difference between love and lust! You weren't around for any of my birthdays, or when your thankful how to give people praise. You didn't teach me how to write this, or what to do when i got my first kiss. You never taught me wrong from right, or how to say my prayers at night! but people taught me everything that you didn't,what everything in this world meant! After seventeen years i still don't know you, and im beginning to think that is something i will never do! Your someone i never had, your that someone who was suspose to be my dad!
