Before you came into my life
There was no reason for me to live
So I tried to end it with a knife
Everynight I would just pray to die
and I would cry myself to sleep
UntiL you came into my life
and showed me the true meaning
of being loved showed me that
I was worth something
You have changed my life and
have given me something to look
forward to
to wake up and hear your voice
and know that your always going
to be threre and love me for me
to love me with my imperfections
to be there by my side when everything goes wrong
so now instead of me dealing with my problems with a knife
I now know I have someone there
who actually cares and who will listen
I thank god everyday he sent me you because now I have a purpose to live |
