Never let go
by Kayla
When he said the words "we need to talk"she felt a tear fall from her eye.
she relived their memories one by one like u do before u die
its as if a camera was rolling while her happy times moved along.
then also caught every detail of the tragedies that made them strong.
the day they first met and when they went on their first date.
the way they held each other and even the food they ate.
Time seems to pass more quickly when Ur with the one you love.
yet errything seems to fall n place like the feathers on a turtle dove.
now she is at her most recent memory the one thats taking place.
where a young girl ends up with a broken heart and a sad look on her face.
He looked her in the eyes and from the depths of his soul.
He spoke in a tone that made her heart whole,
i know the time we've shared has defiantly been spent well
yet it seems those days came and they went
i want to start a new life one where we can be...
the perfect couple, man and wife will u marry me
she grabbed him and pulled him close then tears started to flow,
then he whispered in her ear,
I will never let u go.
