Freedom and you
by Kylee Mitchell-Gibson
Waiting eagerly to be set free
caged and trapped can't you see.
Just to be gone out of here
waiting longer is what i fear.
Just to be out of this place
just to see someone elses face.
I'd be so happy I'd start to cry
I'd turn around and say good bye.
To all the people I'm sick of seeing
forget all the stuff they've been repeating.
If I could I'd be gone in a heart beat
to only be guided by my heart and feet.
But when I get there it won't be the same
because you won't be with me to enjoy the fame.
So I'll come back just to be with you
I'll ask you something I know is due.
I'll ask "Darling I love you would you please please smile?"
I'll get you to smile and I'll know I'm not in denile.
