My eyes |
by Dora |
My eyes have walked maybe a thousand miles
And baby all the looks and seen all the smiles
But these eyes they certainly did not forget
The very first touch, the first time our lips met
And my thoughts straight away I did reveal
Too many things come true, just felt so real
And my hands met yours for the first time
And from that moment on I began to rhyme
My eyes have climbed mountains over the hills
Didn't know what loves was or any of the skills
Then it was like a proposal asking for my love
From then I knew you were sent from up above
My eyes they read you from that very first time
Just in case you weren't the one I could call mine
After the first line I knew you were that special one
I was so much in love you and it hadn't even begun
I'll write a book but with these poems its like I am
I think about you all the time, even during an exam
But my heart felt something it had never before
This passion inside walked right through my door
All my life my eyes seen how everyone has felt
Never have I had a person thats made me melt
Now I have you and my eyes are stuck on you
The kindest soul in this world, so loyal and true.
