Deep down in my heart their is this burning
When i believe that we are just friends that burning Burns the worst
But I put that smile on my face to hide the pain
So what that we are just friends right
it doesn't matter that you're my world
And when you are not their i feel hopeless
Every time i talk to you, i think you are going to share something
Say something that would free us both
But our talks are just the same, all about normal things
The beat of my heart races so fast when you flash your smile
No words have to be spoken from your mouth to make my heart melt
Even though our relationship is over
My love for you grows more and more every day
So when you think at night and wounder about us, remember are moments
When the wind blows in your face, know it is a sign
A sign of the love that reaches all across the country to reach from me to you
Remember that star, okay, for i will always wish upon it
Never forget that you are my light of happiness
