Love is Pain
by Mary
God made love so we could live happy and free
But you turned it around
To always hurting me
I’ve never experienced love in a good way
The only love I know
Is pain
The definition of love is
Deep affection and devotion
The only love I know is
Hatred and confusion
If love is so great
Then why is it that every time I fall in love it ends w/ heartache
If love is so good
Why is it that I always end up getting kicked to the curb?
If falling in love is the best feeling ever
Why is it that the pain never gets better?
If loving that someone makes you a better person
Then why is it that I always end up hurting?
If every time I’m in love I get hurt over and over to points I couldn’t even explain
Then love isn’t good
It is certainly pain
