											| Thyn Lamia, I Miss |
											| by Marikia |
The paths fill with thin night-light
Fluid shadows pass over the roofs
As the dark pours in like dusty wine into a glass

Out of the gloom you watched me come
A black cat among the roses,
Under a first quarter moon

The sweet smells of an autumn night
The garden very still
Dazed with moon-light

Allured elegantly with perfume
Firefly-lights open then vanish,
Moon-mist Shimmered gazed on leaves

The water broken by the falling of a leaf
Then you come, Out of the willow branches

You are quiet like the garden is still
As beautiful as the sparks of the firefly’s

Your head bowed in approach
Then a slight shy glace,
Catching each others gaze
Head bowed, Eyes shy

My fingers gracing your cheek, skin silky soft
Lift your weary head,
Our eyes interlocked
All is twilight hazed nebulously glazed
The moon brilliantly bright

My eyes filled with hope and fear
Your curious wondering gaze,
Embracing amongst the darkness pitch as black
Accompanying me aloft the garden mists Embracing each other tightly,
Our lips pressed together locked in an enchanted kiss

An then I awoke
Alone and cold in my bed
