All I've ever wanted
was someone to love me
for who I am inside.
Someone to look past
my flaws
and appreciate
the love I have to give.
Someone who wouldn't
take my love for granted.
Someone to stand by me
through the hard times.
Someone to share
the good times.
Someone to laugh with.
Someone to cry with.
Someone to understand me
even when I may not
make sense.
Someone to share my dreams.
Someone to hold me
when life gets me down.
Someone who doesn't
expect more of me
than I can give.
Someone who doesn't want
to change me.
Someone to love me for me.
Every time I look
into your eyes
I see what's in your heart
and I know
I've finally found
that someone.
