A relationship forbidden
Yet here we are again
With hearts that wish for miracles

In lives so filled with heartache
We found a place of bliss
The peace that had been missing
We both found in a kiss
We lie awake in silence
Your hand tight in mine
Our souls are bound together
As our bodies intertwine
We're living for the moment
As we're bathed in candlelight
Together building memories
That will far out last the night
Communicating volumes
With a word in every touch
Neither of us knowing
That our hearts could feel so much
Wanting time to stop
So the sun would never rise
Because in a single moment
We found a truth in all the lies

And a warmth in your embrace
