You are the best gift God gave me
and you make my life worthwhile
there are moments you have made me see
the bright side of things with a smile
No one can take your place my son
for you are my first and my life
your shinning love is as brilliant as the sun
that it warms me and I forget my strife
I know I'm very possessive of you
as you are my hope my wishing star
more then anything in this world I love you
because of you I was able to come this far
My son I will not allow anyone to take you
and will fight for you till the very end
not even for a second will I give up on you
and know I will always be your loving hand
I know I cannot always help you
that is my worry my biggest fear
in God I place my faith I place you
and pray to your needs he will hear
