Mommy You're My Angel
by Lisa
You're my angel in the wind, silent with your touch. A small kiss in the morning, I love you so much. The little things I see, I know how much you care. A hug in the afternoon, or a gentle sweep of my hair.
Personality I wish of my own. Love and Beauty that overwhelms me. Your laughter brings a smile, I know you're perfect to the tee.
When you pass, my love will linger, I'll wish that you were near. Just to hug you and tell you that you were very dear.
I will have a mere image of your happiness, joy, and grace. But my heart will be empty, with my wish to touch your face. I can't go far in this world without you, I need you to help me grow. I will try to be happy, but I'm sure my sorrow will show.
You see, I Love You dearly Mom, so much it fills my heart. But no hug could ever tell you that you're my hero and I hope we never part.
