For my one and Only Love, Abbey. |
by Dylan Atwater |
For Abbey:
You’re the only one I love
You’re my only best friend
You’re the one I truly know
With whom I’ll be with till the end.
You’re the one I want to be with
For the remainder of my life
I know that I’ll grow old with you as my wife
I love you more than anything and this is surely so
You’re my one and only love, I can never let you go
You’re the first and last love that I’ll ever have
The one who’s dearest to me
You’re my heart, my soul, my love can’t you see?
You're my heaven on earth
You mean everything to me
You're the love of my life
We were always meant to be
Every day I see you my love is set anew
And when I look into your eyes my heartbeat skips a few
With my final lines I give this note to thee
I know you’re the one with whom I’ll last eternity.
So I write this poem to express my feelings for you don’t you see?
I write this poem for you and only you, my love, Abbey.
I’ll keep on loving you till my heart is about to burst,
I’m glad that out of everyone in the world you were my very first.
I love you forever, Dylan Atwater.
